The Equitable Standards for Transitions to Adulthood for Youth in Care Key Supports Checklist is an interactive and accessible PDF tool for organizations and youth eligible for Indigenous Services Canada’s (ISC) Post-majority Support Services for First Nations youth and young adults. ISC has indicated that the eligible funded activities in this program have been informed by the key supports laid out in the Equitable Standards framework.
This checklist can also help other organizations who want to use the Equitable Standards to guide local advocacy efforts and supports for youth in and from care.
