The Community Services Staff Safety Initiative (CSSSI) developed ALIGN Association, ACDS and the Government of Alberta Ministries of Children’s Services and Community and Social Services aims to increase staff safety and reduce harassment and violence in community services workplaces in Alberta. These resources are customized for the community services sector and will give front-line staff, supervisors, and leadership practical information, training, and tools to support safe and healthy work environment
