The report A Generation Under Pressure: Economic and Employment Challenges on Youth Mental Health is based on data collected between September 11 and 21, 2025. A total of 2,745 Canadians aged 16 and older participated in the online survey. Of these, 2,213 were youth ages 16 to 29 (including 200 under 18), and 532 were adults aged 30 and over. Participants shared their experiences and perspectives on mental health.
