KPMG Survey Child and Family Services Key Trends Survey

KPMG has launched a national survey to better understand the current landscape of services and supports for children, youth, and families across the country. The goal is to identify shared challenges, surface leading practices, and inform system transformation efforts—from service integration and workforce modernization to reducing cultural inequities.

Back

Many children, youth, and family-serving organizations (e.g., provincial and territorial departments, social service agencies, community-based organizations) across Canada are seeking to strengthen their systems, including modernization of their workforce and technology, and transforming their practices.

KPMG is interested in the perspectives of those working in and with children, youth and family-serving organizations. This covers a broad range of organizations from provincial/territorial departments, Indigenous groups, and community-based agencies, across the continuum of prevention to intervention, protection and permanency.

We encourage ALIGN members at all levels—frontline staff to leadership—to participate. Your input will help shape a trends report that will be shared sector-wide to support innovation and improvement efforts.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and will remain open until June 15, 2025.
