The Equitable Standards Action Plan 2025-2030, outlines 8 pillars for supporting youth exiting the foster care system to achieve successful transitions to adulthood, emphasizing financial security, education, housing, relationships, culture, health, advocacy, and personal development. The plan includes an evaluation model for governments and service providers to hold them accountable for implementing equitable standards, ensuring youth have the same opportunities for success as their peers.
