CSA Seeking Feedback on Draft of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace Standards

This voluntary standard provides a framework for organizations to create a psychologically healthy and safe workplace by outlining requirements for prevention, promotion, and guidance. It aims to help businesses develop and maintain a systematic approach to mental health in the workplace.
