The Working Mind is a mental health training course designed to initiate a change in
how you think, feel, and act about Mental Health. With the great support of their partners, CCSA has adopted The Working Mind curriculum to tailor the training materials specifically to the resident, patient, and senior care sector.
TWM trains you to reduce stigma and promote mental health in the workplace, creating a more resilient and supportive culture among employees and leaders. TWM can help individuals build resilience to stress. The strategies learnt in the course can help reduce the impact of stress, optimizing people’s well-being both at home and at work.
Scheduled Sessions for Managers & Leaders (WMM-02)
The Working Mind for Managers and Leaders is a 8-hour virtual course that is an evidence-based training that aims to help people in their places of work, reduce stigma towards mental health. The course provides participants with tools to identify mental health changes in themselves and equip them with tools to start trauma-informed conversations about mental health.
