The handbook will develop the intercultural knowledge, skills and attitudes for employees from frontline workers to agency leadership teams and includes features to help you grow in your understanding of cultural diversity for working in a multicultural workplace.
The Intercultural Intelligence Handbook is a result of the Building a Skilled Workforce Through Essential Skills project funded by the Government of Alberta. The Alberta Workforce Essential Skills Society (AWES) is lead this project in partnership with the Alberta Council of Disability Services (ACDS).
