The day encourages learning, advocacy, and meaningful action that supports Indigenous children in thriving within their families, communities, and cultures. By recognizing Have a Heart Day, individuals and organizations demonstrate solidarity with Indigenous communities and help amplify voices calling for equitable treatment, respect for Indigenous rights, and improved outcomes for future generations.
