P.A.C.E Sexual Assault and Trauma Center

P.A.C.E. which stands for Providing Assistance, Counseling, & Education provides a variety of services in the Grande Prairie community & area, including crisis intervention, family support, educational workshops, and counseling services involving sexual abuse, sexual assault, child abuse, and trauma. P.A.C.E. believes that everyone dealing with, or experiencing crisis and trauma has the right to access skilled, caring, and professional services.

Pathways Family Services

Pathways Family Services provides care to children from across Alberta. In addition to the foster care program Pathways operates a Home Assessment Program which is designed to determine suitability of families for foster care, kinship care, adoption and private guardianship.

Precious Cargo Community Support Services

Precious Cargo Community Support Services is an Aboriginal owned agency providing children and families with Supervised Access as well as In-Home Support.

Renascence Homes Association

Renascence Homes operates two group homes in a rural setting near Gibbons, AB. The specific criteria for the clients is that they are male and FASD. The group homes are based on a parented model of care. One group home is for 8 – 12 year old boys, and the other group home is for 13 – 16 year olds. The program involves a substantial amount of outdoor physical activities; some opportunities for work experience; regular spiritual and cultural participation; collaboration with Sturgeon School Division in providing positive educational experiences; and, a caring, nurturing family atmosphere.

The Robin Hood Association is committed to excellence in assisting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal best and experience a quality lifestyle.

Sifton Family and Youth Services

Sifton Family and Youth Services provides an eight bed 24-hour broad-based treatment program for young people with behavioural and or emotional problems and has expertise in the treatment of youth who are sexually intrusive. Sifton also provides a two-bed Secure Services program and an Outreach program (TRAC) working with high risk youth in Lethbridge.

Skills Society

Skills Society provides support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and  survivors of acquired brain injury, and their families.

South Region Parents as Teachers Society

Provide parent education through home visits and group programs to support families with the growth and development of their children zero to five years of age. They conduct appropriate follow-up referrals and connect families to community resources to support the ongoing growth and development of children

Providing innovative and creative supports for people with developmental disabilities and their families.

SPEC Association For Children And Families (The)

SPEC provides supportive, preventive, educational and counselling services for children and families. SPEC is focused on the positive development of kids by providing a continuum of services from early intervention (prevention) to high intervention during crisis. By providing family support services, SPEC continues to focus on a variety of preventive and educational programs that promotes a caring and committed community where kids are resilient and valued.

Spirit Of Our Youth Homes Inc.

All programs are offered in Edmonton and serve youth from all over the Province of Alberta
Fee for Service agency providing quality services and programming to First Nations, Métis and Inuit children and youth ages 3-23 years. Their clients are children, youth and families in need of support who are experiencing  developmental and emotional issues, abuse, mental health concerns, abandonment and addictions.

St. Albert
St. Albert Family Resource Centre (FRC) is a thriving and vital non-profit family resource centre serving families in St. Albert and the surrounding communities since 1982. They provide a variety of educational courses and workshops, as well as one-on-one support services, for families with growing children.
