ALIGN’s OHS Showcase Day is a one-day learning and connection event focused on strengthening Occupational Health & Safety across Alberta’s community-based service sector.
Designed for organizations at all stages of their OHS journey, the day brings together sector leaders, safety partners, and service providers to share practical approaches, real-world examples, and sector-informed perspectives. Through presentations, peer learning, and shared dialogue, participants will explore how leadership commitment, collaboration, and practical systems contribute to safer, healthier workplaces.
The program includes presentations and updates from key system and sector partners, opportunities to learn from peer organizations, and updates on ALIGN’s OHS initiatives and resources.
Who Should Attend:
- Executive Directors, CEOs, and Senior Leaders
- Directors, Managers, and Supervisors
- OHS Leads, Coordinators, and Designates
- Human Resources, Operations, and Risk Management Leads
- Board Members with Governance or Safety Oversight
- Child, Youth, and Family Service Providers: Including organizations delivering group care and community-based services that are:
- In the process of obtaining or maintaining Continuing Care Safety Association (CCSA) membership
- Working to strengthen or formalize OHS systems to meet contractual and or regulatory requirements
