To inform an accurate estimate of homelessness across Canada and to improve quality, use, and availability of homelessness data, HICC developed the Homelessness Data Improvement Framework.
The Framework provides the homeless-serving sector with a tool that can be used to identify and plan data-related improvements that drive the prevention and reduction of homelessness.
