Kinship and foster caregivers provide stable and loving temporary homes for children and youth in need. They also play an important role in keeping children and youth in care connected to their families, communities and culture.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
