The Canadian Observatory on Homelessness and associated Indigenous Advisory Circle seeking stories of Indigenous homelessness prevention.

Journey to Reconciliation: Indigenous Perspectives on Homelessness Prevention The Canadian Observatory on Homelessness and associated Indigenous Advisory Circle are looking to collect stories of Indigenous homelessness prevention. Indigenous service providers, Elders, and people with lived experience of homelessness know what is needed to prevent Indigenous homelessness! Tell them more about the initiatives, the programs, the pilots, the ideas, and the grassroots efforts in your organization and community that are working to prevent homelessness and keep Indigenous people housed so they can share these learnings widely across the country to increase the sector’s capacity to prevent Indigenous homelessness. Participants will receive $30 for their time. If you are interested, contact Jessica Rumboldt (Mi’kmaw), Senior Researcher on Indigenous Homelessness, at  jessrum@yorku.ca
